Check in is after 3:00 pm Check out is 10:00 am unless otherwise specified. |
A deposit of $500 is required in advance to hold your reservation. A $250 refundable security/key deposit is required for this unit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your stay. |
Linens and towels are provided. We recommend you bring beach towels as we do not permit towels or lines to be taken from the unit. |
Rates include departure cleaning. |
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit. |
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. Emergency Services may issue a mandatory evacuation notice if hurricanes or other severe weather conditions occur. Accommodation refunds will be pro rated from the time of your departure. |
